The responsibility for effectively managing people as an asset of the
organization presents many challenges. This seminar will focus on Human Resource Management (HRM) as a strategic link to an organization’s values and objectives.

The seminar will address issues such as:
- finding a place for HRM in the organization’s strategic and administrative structure;
- using technology as a tool to support employee recruitment and retention;
- selecting the right motivation techniques to maximize employee development and organizational success;
- raising awareness of culture as a component in managing people;
- and trends in Rogaland relative to diversity in the workforce.
